update karma-phantomjs-launcher to “1.0.0” for angular 1.5: angular/angular.js#13794 use phantomjs-prebuilt because of this: karma-runner/karma-phantomjs-launcher#101

Hi I want to start a project with Angular 1.5 because is the nearest version to Angular 2 and is supossed that the application migration from 1.5 to 2 will be easiest, so I wanted to know if this generator for Angular 1.5 is completed or is in process. Thanks |
